Yarrunga Public School Register of Admissions and Withdrawals 1885-1945

The index was compiled from the original register of which photocopies are held in the Society's archives at Mittagong. The index is a word-searchable PDF, so can be searched for individual pupils' names. The place of residence of the parents is also noted and includes those living in Yarrunga, Burrawang, Avoca, Myra Vale, Fitzroy Falls, Robertson and East Kangaloon. A few are listed as living in other country areas or in Sydney. The register also records which class the pupil was admitted to from 1st to 6th class. In some cases the date of leaving and the reason is recorded. A copy of the relevant page of the register can be supplied for a small fee.
